| 8 - 10 AM | Continental breakfast available in exhibitor lounge |
| 10:30 - 11:15 AM | Pre-ordered boxed lunches delivered to booths |
| Noon - 4 PM | Free general admission |
| 4 - 5 PM | Show closes to prepare for VIP Night |
| 5 - 7 PM | VIP Night - $10/person, includes one beverage ticket, hors d'oeuvres and great prizes |
| 7 PM | Business & Technology Expo with VIP Night Concludes |
| 7 - 9 PM | Exhibitor move-out |
